Rules & Regulations

1. NO Bad Sportsmanship.
2. VIP's will be the first 15 that Pay the North Pole package in full.  They will receive a ride on the Polar Express train to pick up Santa while enjoying hot chocolate and a cookie.  Santa will have a gift for them!
3. Host Venue is Honey Suckle Inn & Conference Center. 3598 Shepherd of the Hills Expressway, 
Branson, MO.  You will book directly with hotel. Rate code: POLAREXPRESS 417-335-2030
4. TRAIN DEPOT Station address is 206 E. Main, Branson, MO.  You will need to arrive 30-45 Minutes
before departure. Extra train tickets MUST be PAID at time of Deposit entry for the pageant.
5. All Judges Decisions are FINAL.
6. There are no refunds unless we completely cancel and not just reschedule.
7.  We are not responsible for errors or omissions on paperwork or online media.
8. Cash is GUARANTEED.
9.  Your entry form and deposit or full payment must be received or your will not be entered.
10.  NO DOOR ENTRIES.
11.  If doing the BUDDY deal your buddy must have your name down on the form and you put their name
down.
12. NO CAMERAS, Cell Phone photos or videos.  Photos will be available for purchase of stage shots
and crowning.
13.  All custom music for OOC or PJ wear must be emailed to billboarddivas@yahoo.com with 
OOC or PJ Wear in subject line with child's name. PROPS are allowed if easily taken on and off quickly

16. Fallback is 30 days to 10/27/21.
17. We will have a 50/50 Cash People's Choice Prize.  This can reach $1,000 or more!

18.  We judge on Overall Appeal, Stage Presence, & First Impression.

19.  We do allow fake hair, nails, tans, and makeup but they are not required.

20.  You must watch your children at all times.  Their safety is utmost importance.

21.  Masks are required as per CDC guidelines.  We are not responsible for exposure to COVID, accident, or illness

that may arise out of participation in events and outings.

22. Hand Sanitizer will be provided at the event.

23.  No One goes home empty handed!! EVERYONE will receive custom swag/gifts/ and/or Toys!!
